Results of Treatment
Extreme hallux valgus complicated by secondary deformation of the toes
Patient – age 54.
Patient underwent complete plastic surgical treatment
of the big and second toes on the left foot – under local anesthesia.
There was no immobilization by cast, and the treatment was performed on outpatient basis.
Please note the achievement of the forefoot narrowing resulting
from the elimination of the transversal flat foot during the same procedure.
